Help the environment? Make the Village a better community and win an iPod Nano?
What a deal! On pages 5 and 6 of this newsletter, you will find a resident survey. It is our desire to weave your
candid feedback into creating a better community for your and your family.
To encourage participation—we will draw two surveys at the August 21st Pizza night and give each winner an iPod Nano. You can turn in your survey via fax (323-0202, email (manager@villageatfourhills.com) or at our drop slot at the office at 13101 Unit A. You can also complete the survey online at www.villageatfourhills.com/survey .
The owner’s of the Village at Four Hills will be promoting/advertising a community garage sale – so if you have stuff you want to sell – send us a list so we can include those items in the advertising – sale to occur 8am to 12pm.

Do you have family, friends or fellow employees who should be looking at the Village at Four Hills?
Then let them know any new prospective resident who takes a management guided tour of the Village a Four Hills will be entered in a drawing to win an iPod touch to be held on August 24st, 2009.
Too busy to contact them? Let us do it for you – for every name and phone number you provide (where we can use your name when we call them), we will give you a $5 gift card to Starbucks (limit 5).
If they sign a lease and occupy, we will give you $200 Cash! (no limit!)
AND if you refer three new residents who lease at the Village you will be win the large screen flat panel TV that is in the office.
This new column will focus on recent reports or resident concerns.
Reported – someone walking pit bull (reminder, the pit bull breed is not permitted).
Reported – armchair quarterback lobbing Diaper bombs at dumpster? Please, please bag those nappies and deliver them to the dumpster in person.
Reported – neighborhood kids who removed the drain spout on building 13132—come by the office and we can help you find something constructive to do!
Reported—storage of grills, bikes, diapers, trash on the front area decks. (These create a fire hazard!)
Reported—hanging laundry on front porch areas—please don’t share with your neighbors!
Reported—ongoing destruction of sprinkler heads by the young ones (increased expenses = increased rents).

In Albuquerque, many apartment landlords are charging their residents for water consumption. A recent survey indicated over 85% of the larger apartment communities are billing their residents for water consumption.
