Reported – neighborhood kids who removed the drain spout on building 13132—come by the office and we can help you find something constructive to do!
Reported—storage of grills, bikes, diapers, trash on the front area decks. (These create a fire hazard!)
Reported—hanging laundry on front porch areas—please don’t share with your neighbors!
Reported—ongoing destruction of sprinkler heads by the young ones (increased expenses = increased rents).

You bet! If your pet is weighs less than 35 lbs., is not on the dangerous pet list and is willing to pay a nominal amount of pet rent – then they are welcome to join us here at the Village of Four Hills.
